All courses and digital products are sold through our secure online store. By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms:
Payment Methods: We accept all major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as offered by our WooCommerce platform. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway partners.
Payment Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details and a receipt. The Moodle course will be automatically enrolled via Edwiser Bridge and linked to your account.
Billing Information: You are responsible for providing accurate billing details. If any issues arise during payment, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
Upon completing the purchase of a course:
Course Access: You will automatically be enrolled in the purchased course via Edwiser Bridge. Access to the course will be granted as soon as the payment is confirmed. Course materials are accessible through your Moodle account.
Account Creation: If you are a first-time customer, an account will be automatically created for you on both the WooCommerce shop and our Moodle platform. Login credentials will be sent to your registered email address.
Course Duration: Unless stated otherwise, access to each course is granted indefinitely. If a course has time-limited access, this will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
As courses are digital products, we have a strict no-refund policy, except in cases of technical issues, such as:
Non-Enrollment: If there is an error that prevents you from being enrolled in the course after payment, we will assist you in resolving the issue or offer a full refund.
Faulty Digital Content: If a course is incomplete, non-functional, or not as described, please contact our support team within 14 days of purchase. If the issue cannot be resolved, you will be eligible for a refund.
Refund requests due to a change of mind or lack of use will not be honored, as the product is considered “used” once access is granted.
As course access is provided immediately after purchase, you cannot cancel a course once enrolled. Please ensure that the course aligns with your needs before purchasing.
Account Deletion: You can request account deletion by contacting our support team. Please note that deleting your account will revoke access to all purchased courses and permanently delete your learning records.
Self-Deletion: Customers can delete their accounts directly via their account settings if using WooCommerce-integrated self-deletion options. Account deletion will remove access to both your WooCommerce and Moodle accounts, and all data related to your purchases and enrollments will be lost.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact us immediately to safeguard your account.
